Boss of A company

i am giving you my opinion thru my experience working before iam continuing my postgraduate degree. The company give me some power in management. What i have learnt from my superior is that you can angry to your workers but make sure it is on the right time and you can jokes to them as long as it is not too much until they step on your head. I have manage to moulded my staff that they ask my any doubt or problems they have. But for me, learning everyday from my superior is the best way for me to learn to be a leader in future, he hought me all aspect that helping me so much until today. That's how the leader/boss should be. We try to teacch the staff to work proper.
