How can i reduce harm full radiation from monitor?

there's this UV shield you can buy. you attach this to your monitor and it reduces the UV and glare that your eyes receive. i have astigmatism, so staying in front of a computer for a long time gives me such skull-splitting headaches. this UV screen that my folks bought me helped a lot. i hope this helps (if it does, i would appreciate a best response rating, hahaha!).
