Have you ever been sued? If so what for and did you win? My insurance company was sued by a passenger in my car when I had a bad wreck. The girl tried to say she was hurt worse than she was. She did wind up with some money from the insurance company but I don't think it was a much as she wanted it to be. Please no one word responses. I'll read and rate each reply. I'll try to respond as much as I can but want to say thanks in advance for all responses.
