Software Industry in India..

In my opinion software industry in India must be a bit more mature. So many companys in the field are just taking advantage of less talented employees.
More and more companys are taking Poeple who got less than 65% of marks, by doing this they are making sure that they will not go to other companies.These new recruits will hav to work 12 hrs a day at minimum.I am not saying that they wont get salary, but compared to companys profit its nothing..

ye you are completely right , but the software comapnies dont have a solution because most of the people who get high percentage go to foreign lands and settle there , and in turn brain drain is there , so the software companies in india are left with the students that dont leave and they have to give jobs to them
