Thank you & sorry

the word "thank you" is quit simple right? also the word "sorry" . But don't you ever find people who is really hard to say sorry if they wrong and say thank you after being help. Usually people always blame it on someone else if they've made mistake even in the office , social community, or else. this is the same thing with word "thank you" . There is less people who always said "thank you" after they've been help or make people do their want . so How about your opinion
