I bought my first computer in 1991 which was Comodore 64 without a monitor and CPU.
It was used on Television screen to display out put had no hard disk, instead it had a magnetic tape reader which was so much complicated to find
any data from a Magnetic Tape.

Well, I had a computer in the early 90s, given to me by a neighbour, but I never learned how to use it; then I acquired one from a family friend in about 2000, but it couldn't go online. Finally I acquired an Apple Mackintosh in 2001, if I'm not mistaken, and have been online since then, first with a Mac, then a PC. Now I couldn't be without it. How did I manage for all those decades?

Wow, the Commodore computer.... yes, I remember, a friend of mine had this computer.... My first computer was an "Atari", my parents bought it in 1981. I only played with it. My first "real" computer was a Macintosh Performa 6400/200, I sometimes use it yet, I bought it in 1997, and it still works very well. Apple computers are really special!
I use an i-mac now, it's an excellent computer.

my first one was an amstrad 128, it had a 5,1/4" floppy drive, but you could store the info on tape, floppy's were really expensive then, everything had to be programed, i learnt basic and cobol, back then it was fairly powerful, but you could spend days writing a long program, then run it, and an error would come up, it would tell you what line it was, but it could and usually was in more than that line, so you would spend hours checking all the lines for errors, i think i got it in 1987, bill gates was still in primary school then i think

I bought my first computer about six years back. It was a P-III machine. Now recently I have bought a P-IV machine. In 1991 I used to work in an office machine that time. It was a PC with two floppy drives with it. But fortunately it had a normal black and white monitor attached with it.

My family didn't get our first computer until 1999. I was in the sixth grade. It was a Gateway.

I bought my first PC in the year 2001. I was 11 at that time. It was an Intel Pentium 1 , 32 MB RAM, 2 GB Hard Disk. I used it for about a year then I got a better one, which I still use today, but I upgraded it a lot of times since I've bought it.
