what is the true form of Playing guitar...Flamenco, Classical or rock

Just share your views about what is the true form of guitaring. Is rock music destroying the original art of playing Guitar which originated from classical and flamenco. Everyone today wants to be a rock star...how many people would like to be a flamenco star...?
