computer user power saving tips..

I use a UPS for the computer. I am not sure whether is also helps to conserve electricity while give an uninterrupted power supply. The other thing I do is to swith off the monitor if I leave the computer for a long time. We never keep the computer on unnessasarily, and alwayt switch it off when not needed.
