An out of body experience,where you feel detached from your normal sensory perceptions and have freedom of movment away from your body.

No, I haven't. I've tried to imagine that experience and I have a vivid imagination but I never had an out of body experience, really. Have you?

Thanx 4 the response.Yes I've had a fair few of them and each one was different --ranging from hovering above my body and seeing it in a very detatched way, to taking off on some way out adventures.

I have had an Out of Body Experience. I have willfully induced them. I have had close to ten in my entire life. Each experience has lasted no more than a few seconds.

This is true,there are several stimulii which can bring about an oobe and fear is certainly one of them. Have you ever had such an experience?
