a poor is always looked on with eyes of hatred...why do u think is that so????????????

Who looks on the poor with hatred? I certainly don't. I feel sorry for those who have no home or those who find it hard to manage from week to week. I think maybe the only ones who would hate them are those who have their heads so far up their own rear ends that they know nothing about the real world out there.
