In India it is said that the society is man oriented society. And from this statement, I concluded that a man is responsible for poverty.
A man who is unable to get 3 meals a day, gets married, his output reduces to 2 meals a day, then he goes for children, his output reduces to only 1 meal or nothing. In such conditions He get some diseases or become ill and due to lack of finance he doesn't get treatment and dies, leaving behind his wife and children.
this how poverty is increasing.
don't you think so?

So your question was more in terms of family or in the world...
Well yes if you think of it that way then he is responsible, but so is the woman when they decide to have children.
But isn't poverty also related to why he can't get 3 meals a day, society and economics, rather than the blame being on the individual for his choices.

There was a time when India was one of the wealthiest nation in the world , what happend to us , how did we become poor ?
It was the looters of the west that plundered us & pushed us towards poverty . If they hadnt done that there could have been more equality in the world . Asian & African countries wouldnt have to starved IF this Hadnt happend ............
