Dont you think qurrel makes the bad impression, lowering the image of each other? I feel depressed and unprotected in a relationship every time I quarrel , bottom line is its very unhealthy.

Well, you need to know how to "fight fair". I would not want my children to grow up thinking married people never disagree on anything. Then they will be heartbroken the first time they have an argument with their spouse. When I say I fight with my husband I do not mean we hit each other or scream names back and forth. I really feel it is much better to have a mature conversation about what you disagree on than to just always let it slide. When you don't tell your mate your side of the story, resentment and anger build up. I don't believe in wasting time being mad at someone or about something. It steals your joy. I would much rather talk about it, get it over with and enjoy my day.
