Okay, in a fight between Spider-Man, Batman & Wolverine I believe that Wolverine would come out on top in the end. I truly don't see Batman or Spider-Man having much of a chance to take care of Wolverine. I think out of all three of these characters that Wolverine is the strongest & hardest to beat.
The scenario would probably involve Spider-Man & Batman teaming up to take down Wolverine because of some big misunderstanding between all three of these guys. Wolverine would either fight back with an all out attack or he would carefully track them down.
Here's the scenario for the conflict involving the full out attack by Logan:
Batman is doing some in depth detective work in New York City & he's minding his own business when out of nowhere a web line zips right past him. He turns around quickly to find Spider-Man's foot in his face. Batman quickly replies to Spider-Man 's attack with a hard right hand to the face. The blow doesn't knock Spider-Man right out but he gets knocked on his butt. Batman tells him to back off and leave him alone. He's in the middle of an investigation and he doesn't need some spandex clad idiot butting his nose in to what he's doing. Spider-Man tells him that he thought he was someone else and he apologized for kicking him in the head. Batman hesitates & then accepts his apology. Spider-Man asks if there's anything he can do to help. Batman considers a few different things and then asks Spidey to try to go get a closer look at the building & who is in it.
Spider-Man leaps across the alley & on to the building where this mysterious character was spotted. He proceeds to crawl down to an open window & he peers in. Just then he hears claws get real close to his face. Spider-Man immediately leaps backwards & loses his footing on the side of the building. He falls about 3 storeys downwards until he hits a trash bin filled with garbage. This knocks Spidey out for good.
With Spider-Man down, this mysterious guy only has to worry about Batman who is still scoping this guy out. Batman decided he's going to take a closer look now so he finds a good spot to enter the building. Batman repels in to the building, & comes face to face with the mysterious man he's been scoping out. In turns out to be Wolverine. Wolverine pops his claws & leaps at Batman. In response to that move, Batman ducks, & Wolverine still catches him in the head with his fist. Wolverine lands on his feet behind Batman.. & with one quick motion sends all of his six blades through Batman's chest.. There Batman is gone for good.
In conclusion.. I gave a detailed response just to show you how easy I feel it would be for Wolverine to come out on top! . . I really do believe that Batman & Spider-Man are no match for Wolverine, no matter what.
Thanks for allowing me to share!

Batman is just a human with no powers. And that is the mistake Spiderman and Wolverine would make and that will be their downfall. When Batman fights, he does not do so outrightly just with brute strength. He studies, develops a strategy, waits and pounce upon his victim when he knows for sure that he could not fail. Unlike Spiderman and Wolverine, he does not underestimate his opponents. In the long run, I think Batman can defeat even Superman or Thor.
