the smartest country

i don't think you'll ever get an objective response.:) because everyone probably thinks his country is smartest. In one country you may have several very smart people and the rest of people could be dum. Probably USA has the smartest people, but they have diferent origin so in my opinion this don't counts. Romania is the smartest country in the world.(ya i'm from Romania :" :D)

i think it is the united states of america. they have now been dominating the world for a long long time now.
