computers on long term use is risky.... so take eye rest by closing and opening eye after every 10 minutes...if ur screen has a image protector,it will be useful.. so,my ,computers on long term use is risky and strain to eyes....

Every activity has its advantages and disadvantages.Side effects of computer include stress in eyes,mind and body. Sitting idle with no activity makes us weak.We don't get much exercise when we sit for a long time in front of computer.
