Does our mental emotions have an effect in curing deadly diseases?

Many incurable diseases have been cured by imbibing tfust in the patients mind.If only the patient have a confidence in the medicine taken it will be effective.

I am quite certain that our emotional state has a big influence on our physical health .. I am not certain whether you can heal all diseases with it but it sure helps to think positive and to have faith that you will recover
