My father was diagnoised with brain cancer recently and doesn't have too much time left with us. We would like to go on a vacation together before he gets too sick? what are some good ideas? Maybe a cruise?

there is a cruise to Malaysia Singapore Thailand by Star tours out of Singapore I believe..but somewhere very tranquil, spiritual if need be,is my suggestion to make the vacation about spending quality time together unless he just wants one good party for the road.....then Pattaya, Thailand ain't too expensive ! if a bit wild&crazy !! I am sure he would enjoy a cruise - they have quite some entertainment and you don't have to worry about a thing ..

Well, this would depend on your father's condition. But I'm sure you have already considered this. It seems like you want a MEMORY type of vacation. This is about your Dad, and the whole family. Keeping him in mind, what are his likes; activities he's always wanted to try/enjoy; a place he has a desire to visit. Have plenty of film to catch those special moments to enjoy for years to come. Make keepsakes! A christmas ornament with a family photo, one for each family. Just do it FOR HIM and I'm hopeful that everyone will have a sentimental time!
