Do you follow traffic rules?

I do follow them.
Recently i saw an accident, which would not have taken place if, the person who died in it would have had patience to follow traffic rules.
He had to pay his life for not having agreed to traffic rules.
But, there are so many who die not because of their own mistake but, because someone else had broken the traffic rule..
what do you think we should do to make such people abide by the traffic rules?

yes i also follow them. Actually its better to be safe than pretending later. But these days there are lot many people who dont follow traffic rules. And because of this the rate of accidents is increasing. I think we all should take care of our own life and also of others & so we should follow traffic rules.

yes i do follow cos eventually its good for us all. today only i learnt in times that puneites are the most harsh and poor in following traffic rules.
