can anybody tell why dogs and cats are known as enemies

They won't be if you have the in the same household. But I see your question, and you're probably referring to it naturally. In the animal kingdom, canines are considered higher up on the food chain than felines. Hope this helps

because cats are envious of dogs coz they are called "man's best friend", and because of the stature, dogs became arrogant so they bully cats.
