Fattail Geckos

Do you have a fattail gecko? I have a pair. They lay eggs but I never have been able to get them to hatch. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get them to hatch?

Are the eggs viable? What do the eggs look like? Are they white and firm? Or do they have a sunken look, or a yellow tinge? Are you incubating them, or leaving them in the cage?
