noida trgedy

I dont think he should be hanged directly.But it depends.See he did something which no body does in the society.People are generally hanged for the crimes which many people do in the society like rape etc.They are hanged so that no other person would repeat it.But in this noida case the convict has done something which no body does in the society.So, may be he menatlly weak or somewhat like that.I think he should be rehabilitated.
