A person can be warned but cannot be stopped. Statuary warning is one such warning, which says smoking is injurious to health and he will be smoking at his own risk. It tells people that smoking will cause health hazard but taking it or leaving it is in peoples mind. A person with an string intention of doing something never cares for anything similar to a crimal who does crimes without thinking much about the law. Statuary warning is given to only make people aware of smoking hazards befoe they smoke.

hi,it is just to escape from laws that seems to print on packets and to escape from social responsibility as print in small letters, without seeing/reading anybody.
