I sure did. It was HARD! Do you have it? Keep people close to you all of the time. Always have somebody on hand to call you. Also, look into herbal mood enhancers. They helped me. But when I had it, I felt as though everyone wanted to hurt my feelings or attack me. I never wanted to spend time with my baby, and she really could have suffered. If you ever feel down, call ANYBODY! Go to somebody's house, do ANYTHING to get your mind off of the sadness. Try the herbal supplements, and start exercising. That helps as well. Mine finally subsided when my daughter was about 4 months old. It was a wild roller coaster, but we both made it through.
