Substitue Horror Story

I am a permanent sub for various schools in a specific district. I work everyday subbing. YIKES!!!!! I wonder why kids love taking advantage of the subs??? Even the kindergarten students. Can anyone give me pointful advice on how to keep the kids in order?

Well, you can't really smack them around anymore, that's what they did in my day :P I think respect is only earned with time, when it's earned at all (kids today have no respect!
