How much time do you spend in front of your computer?

I spend about 40 hours per week in front of my PC.

I'm afraid to add them up! =X Actually, now that I think about it, I don't spend as much times as I used to, more like 3 hours a day. Except when I'm working on something, then I can spend more than 12 hours/day in front of the computer. In that case, it's not unusual to spend over 5 or 6 hours in front of the screen without getting up. This is very bad for your health. It's stressing and tiring, even though you're sitting down. Unfortunately, there's no other way to get things done. If you take breaks all the time, you can't get any work done! Sometimes I even eat in front of the computer to meet the deadlines :( Luckily, it's not like this all the time. But stil...
