I'm using Sify Broadband with 128KBPS and Unlimited time Unlimited download. It costs 781 for one month.
Works fine for me

better go for broad band unlimited it will be helpful rather than paying bil for it. take prepaid unlimited connection of suitable speed of your rate which you like to pay
