Y should one give the tags in mylot.com?

I learned a bit from reading the posts to this question. thanks for posting it.

tags are like kep words which helps people in searching stuff when u add any tags thr are many related discussions i dono if thy pay 4 adding tags or not..still 2 discover!

yes i always do it. I used the tittle of discussion as my tag respond.

Tags are very helpful here on Mylot because they help users to find topics of interest. By using the search function at the top of each page here on Mylot you can search for topics about anything under the sun. The more relevant tags that are added to any discussion, the easier it makes it for users to find your discussion. And the more users that find your discussion and reply, I think the more that you will earn! ^_^
