My elderly relative

Ireland

I have brought my elderly relative to the UK so she can avail of nursing and medical care in the UK and she is currently availing of this and everything is fine so far. The Irish health service (HSE) caused problems for her in the past specifically by placing her in the "care" of a violent and mentally ill person for nearly three years. In documentation released to me recently from the HSE they say she was violently attacked by her "carer" in Ireland and sustained injuries from this attack. To make it short, I succeeded through sheer tenacity of will to have my elderly relative rescued from her HSE abusers and now she is well looked after and happy in the UK. However the HSE are endeavouring to get her back to Ireland and may try and trace her in the UK. If they succeed in locating us in the UK, they will inevitable put pressure on the medical carers, make up stories, lie and do anything they can in order to try and discredit me and have their way. What can I do to fend them off and have my mother's right to stay in the UK legally protected. Does anyone know of an experienced Human rights lawyer I could contact....Thanks
