is sleeping during the day the same as sleeping during the night....????

i work during the night (graveyard) and so therefore i have to sleeping during the day...no matter how much i sleep it just never feels as if i got enough sleep???? why is this????

i too work in the night shift.sleeping during the day is not the same as sleeping during the night. there are lots of disturbances. u can never take a good sleep during day time.

WEll Sweetie its not at all same .... it hell of difference
the Nature God make Nights for Sleep and Day 4 work...
if u going against them u cant get full rest ... sleep
u will never feel satisfactory sleep
