Is Tobey Maguire the perfect one???

Yeah. He is the right choice. Though he may look a bit Girlish , he is the bst. B coz that is what the charecter PETER PARKER is all abt. PARKER is a shy guy who gets lots of responsibility.

Tobey Maguire is a good actor and he is doing a good job as Spiderman....He is fit for the role but if it comes to a question of whether he is a perfect fit I dont know...but Now that he has acted in all the Spiderman films no one would be pleased to see another person in his place

god no!.. i think he played spiderman about as well as george clooney played batman or as well as kevin spacey playing lex luthor in the new superman!.. they are ALL great actors in my book,. i think that the problems lie within casting...

Perfect? I dunno. He does a really good job. He's got that Peter Parker look. He pulls off the nerd pretty well. I just haven't put any thought into who else might be a good fit. The big question is whether or not he'll continue with the part after 3. Sony has made it clear they want to do several more, but Toby, Kirsten and Sam only signed on for the first three. Sam may do 4, if he does Toby and Kirsten may as well. But 5 and beyond...

Toby maguire is the only one who fits in that character.. cause he is not too tall and not too chubby... he showed good expression...

well, i think he is the perfect actor. I mean, he really fits in playing Spiderman, and i wouldn't see anybody else playing Spiderman.

I think he is too nerdy and not sexy enough. Although he did a good job, I would prefer to see someone else play the role. I'm not sure who though.
