People who use Youtube or other video

Can someone help me out? I can't get videos on you tube or a website to play right. The video will load but won't play all the way through the video. Meaning, the video will come on and stop every few seconds. Do anybody know how to fix this problem?

Yes, youtube is great but this conversation isn't about Youtube likability factor.
