I usually sleep on three but my dr said not to sleep on more than one because it was hurting my neck. I was in a wreck and had a neck injury so I don't want to make it hurt any worse.

i have 4 pillows... that's few compared to the number of pillows my friends have when they sleep.... they usually have like 6 pillows, i don't know how they manage to squeeze themselves in their beds with all that... hahaha...

I sleep with 2 pillows most of the time. The only time that I do not is when they are newly pruchased and very fluffy, then I can only sleep with one. Otherwise it gives me an awful neckache and headache.
