MOst people are facing being over weight. And not only adults, yough children too. More and more people are getting ill, with cancer and stuff. And the main cause of this is the way we live, our lifestyle. Everything has to be fast. Time is moeny so they say. Even eating has to be fast...fastfood! How do you deal with this, do you see it as you responsibility to keep your family/children eating healthy? And do you take that responsibility?
I think it's important that you set a good example, by eating healthy yourself and giving your children healthy food (vegetables and stuff) from the beginning. What do you think?

i think parents have a large influence on the way their children eat, but we support the fast foods and cheap processed fods because we keep buyign them.
If parent eat helathy, their children will most likely eat healthily, but most parents dont eat healthily
