I'd change my nose. If I had the "extra" money I probably would look into it.

It is really hard to choose just one part, but I would probably get rid of my double chin. If you are talking about doing it without plastic surgery, say by magic, I would like to have a beautifully shaped head like the statue of Queen Nefertiti. That way I would still look great even if I went bald.

Only one?? YOu're making this difficult. :)
Can I say my entire body? :P
If not, then I it would be my nose. It's ugly, and to add insult to injury (literally), it's broken so it doesn't work. I can't breathe through it, and because of that my sense of smell and taste are affected also. I broke it when I was 9 months old, so I've gone through nearly 47 years of having to live with it.
Yes, I am grateful for it ,because I know it's better than not having a nose at all. But just barely. :P

My knees. I was born with weak knees. My patella is soft. Because of this I couldn't join sports when I was in school. Worse thing is there is no known cure for it yet. Supplements can't help it to grow stronger either. It's either I undergo a kneecap replacement or take supplements for the rest of my life. I can't ride a bike, play sports, and join a race. And it's not advisable for me to use the stairs especially up to 3-5 and higher stories. But mind you I like mountaineering! :D
