How many kids is too many???

My mother had four kids and I always thought that was too many. Some families have 8 kids to two parents. A house with two kids is hectic enough try 8 or possibly 9. How many kids do you have? Or do you know someone with too many kids??

My mom says 2 kids is really hectic, but I know families with 12 kids and not sure how they get along.
