Without knowing precise details it is difficult to know where to stand. If the children were taken away from her for a good reason then it's not right that she should have them back. But if they were taken unfairly and the only way she could have got them back was to abduct them then I think she should get them back. Although it wouldn't be abuction if they were taken from her illegally in the first place.
