Should a Mother keep the Father from seeing the child

When the father leaves the household and the child is old enough to say if him/her wants to see the dad or not and if the child does not want to see their should the mother make the child see go and see him or tell the child you make up your mind if you want to see your dad or not.

If the child is enough to make their own decisions then I guess you should respect it . If they don't want to go don't make them.

why the child doesn't want to see his/her father? is the father very bad? how come he make up his mind to not seeing his father?
Be a mother, i think she should to guide her child to love and respect the parents, not only the father or the mother. Whatever happened between their marriage, it's nothing to do with the child.

this is a tough question...
on the one hand i believe when a child is old enough to make their own decision it should be respected...but at the same time if the child doesnt want to see their father for whatever reason, they may regret it when they get older...i think it would depend on the whole situation really...
