Its good to have a good laugh or so. But sometimes its good to cry also. Crying after the death of a love one or after a break up may relieve you of stress in the future and help keep you sane. When and how do you cope up with sad moments in your life?

i am a cry baby as people know me. i easily cry even at silly instances. for example, when watching movies that touched my heart, i cry like a baby and i am not ashamed about the way i cry. when i miss my boyfriend so much who lives in a different country so far from me, i even cry when chatting with him sometimes. when i am hurt by my friends and people i know emotionally, i cry. i cry when i am bursting out my anger and saying what it is that i feel. it's one good way for me to be better inside and lessen the burden. after crying, i feel relieved and unstressed anymore. sometimes, i just sleep after crying.
