What is the oddest flavor of a cake you can think of? For me Ampalaya flavor. For those who dont know what ampalaya is, it is a vegetable here in the philippines. It is called bitter melon or something because of its bitter taste. But it is a vegetable with so many vitamins and minerals that is said to prevent highblood , diabetes and many other diseases.
