How to make people around the world to live happily???

In present day many countries are suffering due to financial,religious,..etc problems.People should be educated with knowledge to earn for their livelyhood,they should be educated how religious thought have began And live their own lifes happily with honour.
But for doing that they require money and scholars,for which we all should take an iniative.
