what do you think about animal shelters?

i think they are good for towns except certain shelters that kill for no reason. what do you think?

I think some are alright but most are horrible. They are no better then puppy or cat mills. Only difference the shelters are legal.

certainshelters are good.. i volunteer at one..they treat the dogs like gold.. its a no kill shelter. iknow some say they are but there not this one isnt at all.. they also train the dogs so when they go they know how to sit stay play etc..
