Everybody especially females here at mylot, please tell me your experiences with the best appetite suppresants that you have tried AND WORKED FOR YOU. From your own experiences, which appetite suppresants have really worked for you and STOPPED YOUR CRAVINGS FOR FOOD.

I believe they do more harm than good. Why not try eating in moderation and try and curb your cravings by taking temptation out of the way.
