Unlike ordinary rice and curry Biriyani is Special Dish because of its rich ingredients. It is made on Special occassions, out of special Basmati Rice, Ghee, Raisins, Cashew, Badams and spices like clove, cardamom, cinamon etc.... It nourishes us instantly and tastes good. Though it is expensive than other dishes, people like biriyani the most.
