ha ha That's funny! Thanks for posting the link with the exposing pics. LOL
I would have to say she was probably drinking and not realizing that she was exposed. But if you also realize the angle of the camera. The photographer was trying to get such a picture! That could be a potential law suit for Brittany against that photographer. Because even one of those other shots, the photographer must have been on the ground or floor.
Again, there are lots of people that go commando. But you do not see people on the floor trying to capture it. I think the photographer was trying to make a hit. I guess his sicko thoughts worked. And that is really sad!

I think that most men are not aware of how they look and don't care much if anyone was staring or not but for women especially an actress or a star of any kind they are always aware of how they look and every position or gesture they make, I would say she for sure wanted these pictures to be taken for publicity and she got here wish :) Maybe she is just taking the advice of Paris Hilton as she is famous for such photos taken for her while she is "unaware' time after time lol

The only thing I have seen is that picture with a big marked out circle where her over exposed body part was showing. LOL
I think they are making too much of this. There are a lot of people that go commando. And getting out of a car does require one to move the legs in a manner that could expose one's self. LOL
But I also feel that if one goes commando, that one should be a bit more careful knowing there is no coverage and many people taking pics!
