Have you ever encountered the supernatural in your life? If yes please provide an instance. As far as I am concerned it happened to me around 5 years back. It was like 3:30 AM in the morning and I was the only one working in office. I locked the door on my way out and walked to my car. When I got there I realised that the office main gate leading out of the porch was locked so I started walking towards it to open it. I was staring down at my feet and was really tired since I had been working really hard since 9AM the last day continuoulsy on a proposal for a client. I was just watching my shadow in my feet and suddenly the shadow started stretching. I just thought it was due to the effect of the light on my back and since I was walking so it was bound to stretch. However the shadow kept stretching forward and suddenly there was a dark shadow standing right infront of me. Sort of like a man wearing a hood on his head. There was no face and no features. Just a black form. I was stunned and kept staring. It kept still just standing infront of me for a while and then quickly sort of floated to the side and disappeared in the garden on the right. I was shocked, however, I just went and opened the gate. Got back to my car drove out, closed the gate and went off to home.
