Is the portugese coach José Mourinho.
With many money, he make a great team(Drogba, Cech, Carvalho, Robben...) and win many titles.
I think in no more than 5 years(almost this year) Mourinho wil be UEFA Champions League Winner in Chelsea F.C.

MOURINHO IS THE BEST COACH CHELSEA HAVE HAD BUT THEN ALL THE OTHER MANAGERS DIDNT HAVE ALL THAT MONEY TO SPEND SO ITS HARD TO TELL REALLY.
