Sit or Stand at Work?

Do you primarily sit or stand at work? I've heard of some offices set up so that people stand at their computers, or use treadmills.

I sit most of my day, but I do have to walk around quite a bit as well. Depends on how much paper work I have to bring to the warehouse. I don't think I would like standing all day at work.

I'm a homemaker so it reqires both, but standing at their computers? Wow I have never heard that, and who is going to be on a tredmill in front of their comp, I would find it hard to type will the running or walking. How could they afford that, treadmills?
