A dog that was lost in Colorado was found in Tennessee, seven months later.
The dog which was a terrier, managed to travel 1,300 miles unharmed before being found and returned to its owner.

I just read the entire story because I also like to see pets reunited with their owners. That little one made it from Colorado to Tennessee--Thank goodness she wasn't harmed in some way. I used to live in New Orleans but moved five months ago to Albuquerque. For 10 months after the storm I did a lot of feed and rescue efforts with the animal victims of Hurricane Katrina. Because of my efforts of keeping the animals with at least food and water they were able to survive and many of them were re-united with their owners. Thank you for sharing a heart-warming story.

Yeah i was surprised the little thing made it one peice. Its great to hear what you did for the animals of Hurricane katrina. You are a good person. There are so many animals in this world which become victims in one way or another and i think the world need more ppl like you so step up and help. I too would have done the same if i was in your situation.

Yes I heard the news over my radio, sometimes this happens in my country (Australia) as well. My neighbour in Parkes, at the time had sold their home and moved away, they had taken their dog with them then the dog gotlost from where they had moved to and the dog came back to Parkes, the dog had travelled over 600 miles to come back to Parkes,.
