Do you believe that poverty is a result of a corruption culture?

I believe that corruption in the counrty is already a culture of the people...How about the poverty and chaos that we are suffering now? Do you think we can blame the government or the administrator or the people who made and appoint them as an officials?

we have to be blamed ourselves ..... people accept bribes because people are ready to pay bribe...

yes to some extent it is the result of a corupted culture. had the people sitting in the parliament thought about the people some plans could have been made to eradicate it! like passing a bill which can protect the rights of all humans and improved the economy of the country as well.
