Is it good to tease those who r physically handicaped?

What u think?? I dont understand y people blame the person who is handicape? Its nature that make us like that. So y???

nope its not good to laugh at others physical appearance..what if it will happened to you also what you gonna feel..we must be sensitive in others feeling too.. so that we will not be able to hurt them..
